NHS 111 self-assessment screens introduced to UECC

If you’re attending our Urgent and Emergency Care Centre (UECC), you may notice a slight change when you get here.

From Wednesday 9 November, those attending UECC will be asked to answer a few simple questions on our new NHS 111 self-assessment screens before booking in at reception. These screens will help us to ensure patients are in the right place for their care needs.

There will be no change to the way our services are delivered within UECC and coordinators will be on hand to help anyone who needs assistance whilst using the screens. Any patients needing urgent care will be brought straight through to UECC as normal.
