Come along to our careers day and learn about the different career paths available in our Urgent and Emergency Care Centre (UECC).
On Saturday 24 September, the UECC team are opening their doors to discuss the various career opportunities available for nurses, paediatric nurses and healthcare support workers.
Join us from 9am to chat with heads of nursing and advanced medical practitioners, hear how our educational programmes can help advance your career and take a tour to see the department in action.
The event will finish at approximately 12pm. However, there will be the opportunity for those who have applied for a band 5 nurse position to be interviewed between 12pm-1pm.
Laura Smith, UECC Sister, is looking forward to the event, saying: “We are really looking forward to showcasing the opportunities and career paths available within the UECC.”
Lynsey Maton, Head of Nursing in UECC, is excited to showcase UECC careers. She said: “It’s a fantastic team to be part of, working together and supporting each other. I would encourage anyone looking to develop their career to come along and see why UECC is a great place to work.”
