By dedicating a memory to your loved ones on our tree, you’re creating a lasting memory whilst supporting our Dementia Appeal, which aims to raise funds to enhance dementia services within Rotherham Hospital and the wider community.
For a suggested donation of £10, you can:
- Dedicate a digital bauble to your loved one on our online memorial tree
- Receive a beautiful keepsake bauble made from premium card to hang on your Christmas tree at home
- Have a bauble made from premium card displayed on our Memory Tree in the hospital with your personal message, honouring your loved one throughout the festive season.

Call us on 01709 426 821 to make a dedication over the phone. Calls can be be made Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 5pm.
Once we’ve received your dedication, we will add your personalised bauble to our Tree of Memories in the hospital, which will be displayed from mid November.
You will then receive your dedication pack in the post including a bauble made from premium card to personalise with your loved ones’ names to hang on your Christmas tree.
