The Cardiac Rehabilitation Service provides care for patients after heart surgery.
We support your recovery by teaching you how to manage your condition and make lasting changes to improve your health.
Our service is based at Rotherham Community Health Centre. We are available Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
