We deliver structured education programmes for people with Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes. Contact the diabetes centre on 01709 427910 for more information on how to access these programmes.
Diabetes clinics
Specialist nurse clinics are offered at the Diabetes Centre and at GP surgeries. The clinics are for patients who require more specialist diabetes care than would usually be provided by their GP.
Access to the service is by referral only - please contact your GP for further information.
Telephone advice is available to people with diabetes and their family/carers and is available to other health professionals across Rotherham.
