The CQUIN Quality Indicator Framework represents our quarter by quarter and year end performance against national and local (CCG agreed) CQUINs (Commissioning for Quality and Innovation) indicators, which are implemented to provide a financial incentive for Trusts to improve their clinical quality/performance.
