Complete and submit this form to register your team for the Big Charity Battle 2025, raising money for Rotherham Hospital and Community Charity and Weston Park Cancer Charity.

Only one person from each team needs to complete the registration form.

After submitting this form, please contact a member of our Charity team to arrange payment of your £100 non-refundable deposit.

I agree to pay a £100 deposit to Rotherham Hospital and Community Charity when I register for the Big Charity Battle event. I understand that this payment is non-refundable if I or my team do not participate.

How did you hear about the event?
• Participants must be at least 16 years old to sign up. • By signing up, you confirm that you are medically fit and capable of participating in a physical event. • You must follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by event organisers. • The charity and event organisers are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or health-related issues occurring before, during, or after the event. • I agree to participate in The Big Charity Battle event for the purpose of raising funds for charity. • I understand that the team cost for participating in the event is £1,000, with a £100 non-refundable deposit payable at the time of registration. • I agree to raise a minimum sponsorship of £100 per person (10 participants per team) or a collective team total of £1,000 • I agree to raise at least 50% of the total team cost (£500) six weeks before the event date. • I understand that failure to raise the required funds within the specified time frame may result in the team's inability to participate in the event. • In the event of cancellation by myself or my team within six weeks of the event date, I acknowledge that I am liable for 50% of the total team cost (£500). • I consent to the collection and processing of my personal data provided in this form for the purpose of organising and managing The Big Charity Battle event. • I understand that my personal data will be handled in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and will only be used for the purposes stated herein. • I understand that I have the right to withdraw my consent for the processing of my personal data at any time by contacting the charity in writing. • By signing up, you consent to the charity using photographs, videos and other media from the event for promotional purposes.
