The Council of Governors is made up of patients, public, staff and partner representatives.

Governors are elected by their fellow Members to sit on the Council of Governors.

Investing in our services

The Rotherham NHS Foundation Trust has received £7million of government funding to increase the capacity of our urgent and emergency care services and provide a dedicated medical Same Day Emergency Care (SDEC) unit.

Dementia Appeal

Help us raise £250,000 to improve the quality of life for patients living with dementia in our community.

We understand that being admitted to hospital can be an uncertain time for patients affected by dementia and their families. That’s why we are so passionate about making lasting changes to our hospital to make their experience better.

Dementia affects thousands of people in our community, and as this number continues to rise, the demand for specialised care has never been greater. 
 

Musculoskeletal outpatient physiotherapy

We offer outpatient musculoskeletal physiotherapy services across Rotherham. 

Our services are designed to help ensure that people with musculoskeletal problems such as back pain, neck pain and other joint pains receive the right treatment, in the right place, at the right time.

Board of Directors

The Board of Directors is responsible for the operational management of the hospital and, with the participation from the Council of Governors, sets the strategic direction of the Trust.
